# Is there a free plan?

Power Monitor has no permanent free plan, but it offers a 30-day free trial.

Power Monitor **does not have a permanent free plan**. Every organization starts with a **30-day free trial period**, with no credit card required.

### What is available during the trial?

The trial is the **full product**, with no feature limitations: dashboards, monitoring of capacities, gateways, and refreshes, alerts, inventory governance, data quality, audit, and all the other screens.

### Do I need to provide a credit card?

No. During installation you provide the organization's **billing information** (tax details, billing emails, due date) and agree that billing starts automatically at the end of the trial, unless you request cancellation beforehand. Payment methods are boleto (Brazilian bank slip) or PIX.

### What happens after the 30 days?

If you do not request cancellation, the subscription is **activated automatically** in the tier corresponding to the volume of monitored items. See [How does the 30-day trial work?](/en/perguntas-frequentes/licenciamento/como-funciona-o-trial-de-30-dias.md)

### How do I start the trial?

Go to [powermonitor.com.br/instalacao](https://powermonitor.com.br/instalacao), sign in with your Microsoft account, and follow the installation wizard. See the guide [How do I install Power Monitor?](/en/readme/como-instalar-o-power-monitor.md)

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.powermonitor.com.br/en/perguntas-frequentes/licenciamento/existe-plano-gratuito.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
