# July 2025

Power Monitor new features and improvements in July 2025.

July 2025 marks the launch of Power Monitor. The first version of the portal brought sign-in with a Microsoft account, organization registration, the **Technical Support** center for opening and tracking tickets, user management with access profiles, and an interface in three languages.

### New features

* **User management**: organization administrators gained the *Settings › Users* screen, accessed through the **Settings** option in the user menu (at the bottom of the side menu). The screen lists the people with access to the portal, with the **Email**, **Role**, and **Actions** columns, and has pagination for organizations with many users. The **Create User** button opens a side panel where you enter the **Email** and choose the **Role** (**User** or **Administrator**). You can also **Edit** someone's role or **Delete** an access, with a confirmation window before deletion. With this, each organization controls on its own who can access the portal and who can change settings. [See the documentation](/en/power-monitor/usuarios.md)
* **Portal in Portuguese, English, and Spanish**: Power Monitor became multilingual. A selector with the flags of Brazil, the United States, and Spain, at the top of the **Technical Support** and **Settings** screens, instantly switches the language of titles, buttons, columns, validation messages, and notices. The choice is saved in the browser, and the portal stays in the chosen language on future visits. [See the documentation](/en/power-monitor/interface-e-navegacao.md#language)

### New features

* **Power Monitor portal launch**: first version of the Power Monitor web portal. Sign-in uses the corporate Microsoft account, with no need to create a new password. The screen has a side menu with the organization's name at the top and the user menu at the bottom, with the name and email of the signed-in person. This menu holds the **Home**, **Change Theme** (toggles between the light and dark themes), **Switch Account** (signs in with another Microsoft account), and **Exit** shortcuts. The portal also shows its own notices when the user does not have permission for a page, when the page does not exist, or when the account is not yet registered. [See the documentation](/en/power-monitor/interface-e-navegacao.md)
* **Organization registration on first access**: on first access, the portal opens the **New Organization** screen to register the company with **Organization Name**, **Legal Organization Name**, and **CNPJ** (Brazilian company tax ID), which are validated before saving. After clicking **Create organization**, the person who registered is linked to the organization and starts using the portal. While no organization is registered, the system takes the user straight to this screen. This way, each customer has its own isolated environment from the start. [See the documentation](/en/readme/primeiro-acesso.md)
* **Technical Support with ticket opening and tracking**: the **Technical Support** page, in the side menu, centralizes help requests to the Power Monitor team. The table shows each ticket with **Ticket No.**, **Title**, **Status** (**Open**, **In progress**, or **Closed**), **Description**, **Last Update**, and **Actions**, with pagination. The **New Ticket** button opens a form with **Title** (up to 100 characters) and **Description** (up to 500 characters), with a character counter and validation of required fields. Through the **View details** button, you open the ticket and see the status, the date and reason for the last update, and the **Comment History**, where you can write messages with **Add Comment** to talk to support without leaving the portal. ## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.powermonitor.com.br/en/changelog/changelog/2025/julho-2025.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
