How to cancel Power Monitor during or after the trial period, and what happens to your data. Yes. You can cancel Power Monitor, **with no penalty**, both during the trial period and afterwards. ### During the trial period (30 days) At the end of the trial, the subscription is **activated automatically** (you agree to this during installation). If you do not want to continue, **request cancellation before the expiration date**: * through the **"here"** link in the trial notice displayed at the top of the Power Monitor screens, which opens a cancellation request email to our team; or * by writing to ****. This way, no charge is generated. ### After the trial (paying customer) Under the Terms of Use, the contract has a **12-month term, with automatic renewal**, and can be **terminated at any time, with no penalty, with 30 days' prior notice**. At the end of the contract, **all data stored** by Power Monitor about your organization (inventory, history, alert records, registrations, and permissions) **is permanently and securely deleted**. If you want to keep any information, use the **exports** available on the Power Monitor screens beforehand. Also remember to remove from your Microsoft Entra ID the application and the security group created for Power Monitor, if they are no longer used. ### Can I reactivate after canceling? Yes.
